Would you like to enjoy organic, macrobiotic or vegan life style? We are passionate about promoting a life style that is ecologically sustainable by offering classes, service, special events, and retreats based from our home in sunny Santa Monica and the quaint and breathtaking town of North Fork (adjacent Yosemite National Park).

In today’s world where is so much to do, many people are not taking care of themselves, others or the environment. To reverse this trend, some practice yoga, meditation, and LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability), while others watch what they eat by following the principles of vegetarianism, macrobiotics, raw food, detox, juicing, or fasting.

We were able to overcome many challenges and crises: cancer, life-threatening injuries from car accident, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), hepatitis, allergies, and weight issue. We are indeed grateful to have this opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with you.
