A series of 12 Macrobiotic Lecture & Cooking Class, Level 1 Basic 1.
The class will be held once a month. A great opportunity to learn the basics of Macrobiotics if you are always interested, but do not know how to start, or even if you are a professional chef!
Class #1 is lecture only. Vegan macrobiotic sweets and tea will be served.

*Please bring pen, notebook and indoor shoes or socks.
*If you wish to take your sweets home, please bring your own container.
*The class will be postponed if there are not enough people.

Macrobiotic Support Group Potluck Party

Potluck is a great way to enjoy lots of food without cooking so many dishes.
Come join us for our macrobiotic support group potluck party.
Please bring a macrobiotic dish to be shared with macrobiotic friends. We will have potlucks on last Wednesdays of every month except for July.

*Please bring indoor shoes or socks.
*Please bring your own plate, spoon, fork, knife or chopsticks.
(We stopped using paper plates in class for green living. Thank you for your co-operation.)

 Macrobiotic Nine Star Ki only focusing nine vibrations and understanding its main standing point.
Therefore, it is a wonderful tool to bring your fortune up. By reading your original vibration and its standing point, you will learn what lifestyle and diet is suit you. It is like you are learning equation to understand unseen vibration of our universe.
 By taking this class you'll be able to find about not only your vibration, but also all your surrounding people’s vibration.

About Kiyomi:
Macrobiotic Instructor
She came to the US after graduating high school in Japan. Completed B.A. in New York University, lived in NYC about 20 years.
Completed Level 1-3 in Kushi Institute and now she is taking Level 4 sessions.
She conducts macrobiotic cooking classes in New York City and also Nine Star Ki studying classes. She continues to study to understand "The Nine Star Ki" through Macrobiotic way which let her observe our universal vibration and energy surrounding us.
She is ceramist, flower arrangement artist, and Reiki master. She also teaches how to make a natural handmade soap.  She loves craft works!

Time: 10:30am-6:00pm

Contents: You will learn basic number position and its 1st number.
AM: You will learn basic number position and its 1st number.
You will also learn 2nd number, 3rd number and 4th number.
PM: We can explore our case study. This will advance you to use
“Nine Star Ki” as you are a fortuneteller!
