:: Cooking for Men and Women ::

Join Jessica Porter and Sanae Suzuki for a unique class where you will learn the yin and yang of foods and how a relationship flows between women and men.

Healthy food is vital to keeping a relationship strong and happy. In this class learn why food is the foundation of happy relationships, the fundamentals of healthy eating, and how to use food to keep your sex life sparkly. Men and women have different needs and by cooking properly, with yin and yang in mind, we can support and nourish love on the deepest levels possible. Whether your partner is into healthy eating or not, come to this class to perform magic in the kitchen!

•Please bring pen, notebook and indoor shoes or socks.
•If you wish to take food home, please bring your own container.
•Please bring your own plate and chopsticks.
•For hands-on classes bring an apron and your favorite knife.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
(Minimum of 5 people is required to hold the class. Space is limited so don’t wait. If minimum is not met then class will be canceled and you will get a full refund or credit for future class.)
(If you need to cancel, refunds can only be given if a 5 days notice is received. Or you may take a credit for future class. If notice is not given within 5 days of class date you may get 1/2 off a future class.)

:: Vegan Macrobiotic Community Night with Sanae ::

We have started a meetup group that ou can join to get updates on the awesome topics sanae will cover. Whether you are new and experienced in veganism and macrobiotics. Come share stories and your experiences with others in the community, make new friends and share delious macrobitic food.

:: Seed Community Clean-up (SCC) ::

Sanae has started Seed Community Clean-up (SCC) which will be held most Sundays at 10am, to help beautify the neighborhood and get the Venice community involved in something special. You will get 10% off your lunch or free organic tea or cofee at seed if you join us for SCC! Our goal is to clean up the beach as well when we have more people to join us.
