Eric & Sanae are out of the studio mugen!! The Natural Food Market in Santa Monica, CO-OPPORTUNITY is organized this cooking class. Eric gives you cooking tips of wonderful recipes from their books, Love, Eric and Love, Eric & Sanae. Sanae opens your door to a Macrobiotic way of life!

Macrobiotic Lecture & Summer Cooking Class (English)

A great opportunity to learn the basics of Macrobiotics if you are always interested, but do not know how to start, or even if you are a professional chef!

*Please bring pen, notebook and indoor shoes or socks.
*Please bring your own plate, spoon, fork, knife or chopsticks.
(We stopped using paper plates in class for green living. Thank you for your co-operation.)
*If you wish to take your food home, please bring your own container.
*The class will be postponed if there are not enough people.

Potluck is a great way to enjoy lots of food without cooking so many dishes.
Come join us for our macrobiotic support group potluck party.
Please bring a macrobiotic dish to be shared with macrobiotic friends. We will have potlucks on last Wednesdays of every month except for July.
