Students will learn to cook with leftover ingredients sitting in your refrigerator and/or pantry . Each student must bring at least one ingredient.

:: "True Love & Youth Health" A Lecture By Sanae Suzuki ::
Join us for a special talk and cooking demo from well-known macrobiotic counselor and educator, Sanae Suzuki. With Valentine's Day around the corner, Sanae will talk about which sweeteners are best for your health. She will also demo a delicious brown rice cake dessert called "mochi", that will support the pancreas. Then, Sanae will talk about how True Love can support and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
Sanae's new cookbook "Love, Sanae" will be available for purchase and a book signing will be held after class.

:: Seed Community Clean-up (SCC) ::
Sanae has started Seed Community Clean-up (SCC) which will be held once a month, to help beautify the neighborhood and get the Venice community involved in something special. You will get 10% off your lunch or free organic tea or coffee at seed or a Remedy Drink Mini-Lecture/Tasting (Sun. Feb. 28 from 11 am at Seed - Fee: $10) for free if you join us for SCC! Our goal is to clean up the beach as well when we have more people to join us. In the meantime, let’s cleanup the neighborhood before the trash gets to the ocean!
