I just received your first book: Love, Eric and am absolutely blown away. I LOVE IT!! It is so well done and easy to follow and most of all you can tell it was a complete labor of love to create. What come from the heart, enters the heart, right?
Anyway, I'm new to all of this but would love to take some of your classes/lectures to learn more.

I ordered a copy each of the Love, Eric and Love, Eric & Sanae cookbooks on a Friday through Amazon, and was both amazed and delighted when they arrived from across the Pacific a mere four days later. They are such gorgeous books! Having been vegan for about a decade, I already have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, but these really stand out from the rest.
I am so impressed with both the range of delicious-sounding recipes and the quality of the books' production - the pictures are simply luscious! Straight-away I ordered another five copies of each to give to friends.
